Frequently Asked Support Questions

After I submit a Support Ticket, when will you reply?
You can expect to hear back from us within 8 BUSINESS HOURS. We're usually a lot faster than that though! Business hours are defined as 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, Central Time. So for example, if you send for help on Friday at 6pm, 8 business hours means we'll get back to you by close of business on Monday at the latest.

I need more help after normal business hours.
Whenever you're stuck - look to the top right of your administrative console and click "Support Central" to be directed to our powerful online help resources and knowledge base. Also, be sure to also have your administrative console "hints" open for additional help as you navigate your console. If you still can't find what you're looking for, submit a support ticket and we'll get back to you right away!

What can you help me with?
We do our utmost to help all our customers. We believe in going the extra mile, and we believe in suggesting solutions, not just saying "No, you can't". Sometimes however we are unable to provide you a solution, rest assured we would have exhausted all avenues to reach that response.

  • HTML & CSS Questions: Please note that HTML and CSS related questions fall outside the scope of our complimentary support service. If you are interested in custom design solutions or adjustments to your site, please let us know. We've been creating custom web solutions for over a decade and would be happy to assist you with your project.
  • E-Mail Configuration: E-mail configuration on your local e-mail client (ie: Outlook or Apple Mail) falls outside the scope of our support team's arena. We have a number of fantastic IT resources that we can refer you to if you need assistance setting this up, just ask and we'll connect you with someone that can take care of this for you. We're here to help!
